Journey back in time as more than 100 merchants contribute to the atmosphere of this charming 16th century village. Experience live armored jousting, 12 stages of entertainment, 7 theme weekends, and fun and food for the whole family!
This year's Ren Fest is full of colorful characters, exciting themed weekends, arts and crafts, delicious food and drink, entertainment and more!
Themed weekends include: Pirates & Pets; Chocolate Fantasy; Highland Fling; Time Travelers; Shamrocks & Shenanigans; Festival Friday; High Seas Adventure; and Barbarian Brew Fest.
There will also be the usual vendors selling costumes, jewelry, art, toys, glass, leather, pottery, wood, and musical instruments; special events like daily pub crawls, cigar sessions, and high tea times; and dancing, jousting and other merriment.
The Festival is open weekends, with a special day for schools and seniors on Festival Friday, March 23, 2018. The Festival is open from 10 am – 6 pm, Rain or Shine. Parking at the Bay Area Renaissance Festival is always free!
