Over the course of 30 days, contestants of the BRAG W.E.L.L. Challenge will engage in group fitness activities daily across the local Tampa Bay area, from morning boot camps to night bon-fires. Unlike typical fitness competitions, BRAG W.E.L.L. encompasses an adventurous journey where contestants will diversify their workouts at unique locations including the beach, local dance fitness centers, yoga studios, boot camp grounds, and gyms such as the YMCA!
Additionally, contestants will enjoy:
- Free fitness assessments
- Exclusive discounts to local health/sports related brand name stores
- Access to intense and engaging workout classes
- Nutritionist guided grocery tour
- Mall tour with professional stylist guiding on how to dress for your shape/size (both men and women)
