GUEST EXPERIENCE
Act I: The Arrival
Guests may arrive 30 to 60 minutes prior to the time of their reservations (depending on reservation package) and will be provided complimentary valet service. During this act, guests may enjoy live entertainment, as well as a beverage and light hors d’oeuvres, whilst waiting for their number to be called.
Gold Standard guests are invited to visit the VIP Lounge and enjoy complimentary beverages.
Act II: The Ritual
At their given time, guests will be escorted in small groups into The Vault of Souls. Before traveling to our most secure vault in the basement, guests will be provided a white masquerade-style face mask, which must be worn throughout the second act in order to protect the identities of the living from our residential souls. After a brief elevator ride into darkness, guests are left alone to explore our 11,000 square foot underground cavern. There are no directions given or pathways marked as guests explore and encounter interactive paranormal performances. Inquisitive guests may search through thematic details that yield hidden messages and intriguing subplots. Guests may touch anything except the Spirits themselves. The spirits, however, may make physical contact to guide or instruct. This haunted performance has no time limit and only comes to an end when guests find their own way out.
This act is dimly lit and guests must find their way through the experience on floors that are uneven and sometimes wet, encountering low ceilings and narrow hallways.
Act III: The Gin Joint
When guests find their way out of our fear-filled basement, they enter a 1920’s speakeasy, The Gin Joint. The playfully sinister bouncer, flappers and soulful Blues singer, will chase away any lingering angst with raucous prohibition era performances. Guests are encouraged to celebrate with the other survivors and revel in their paranormal triumph.
Epilogue: The Readers’ Clearing
We invite our guests to end the evening by winding down at our elegant coffee bar and looking into the future.
