Wimauma has started a new, delicious educational series at the rustic, chic Winthrop Barn Theatre in Riverview! Starting at 6:30 p.m., you can meet and mingle with Wimauma's affable co-owner and executive chef, Gary Moran, then learn about the history of French country cuisine. A large, open room adorned with paper lanterns, white curtains, and gorgeous original fixtures, the hall at the theater is the perfect place to feast on the following dishes:
Salade lyonaisse with poached egg, bacon lardon, frisee and Champagne-mustard vinaigrette
Caillettes de nice with sauce tomate and bagna rotou
Duck confit with lentil du puy and carmelized apples
Pickled peach clafloutis with basil chantilly
